1- ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICATION OF THE CONDITIONS

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions of sale set out here and declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the company NIDC SARL – Nature Effiscience and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise waived, expressly and in writing. 2 - PRICE

The company NIDC SARL – Nature Effiscience reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of order registration (subject to availability). 4 - AVAILABILITY

In the event of temporary unavailability, the company NIDC SARL – Nature Effiscience reserves an additional week for processing the order. 5 – DELIVERY

The products will be sent to the delivery address that the buyer indicated during the ordering process.
